At the outset, we evaluate the objective and strategy with you. It may be that you are certain –from previous experience or research– of what is relevant and meaningful to your audience. But if there is any ambiguity or doubt, we can use research to find out.

The outcome of this collaboration is the Creative Brief, a document that serves as the benchmark by which we measure creative materials. It adds objectivity to the process, defines the criteria by which the creative will be evaluated and provides a worthwhile discipline in what can be a very subjective area.
Then, using everything we've learned, and the insights we've gleaned, we develop creative materials – usually several options for any given assignment – work with you on their refinement and supervise their production.
